Delivery & Shipping Fee

The time required to ship depends on the item, shipping region, seasons and time of the day of order.

Shipping within Malaysia usually takes about 0-5 days after the order is completed.
Shipping to countries other than Malaysia will take about 3-7 days after the order is completed.
When order are concentrated with the sale of large collections, it may take longer to ship orders.

Shipping Rate

Shipping within Malaysia is a flat rate of 10.00 MYR per order.
Additional postage is not required for deliveries to Borneo Malaysia.
Shipping is free for orders of 300.00 MYR or more.

Note

To prevent problems such as erroneous deliveries, we do not accept changes to the shipping address after and order is completed.
If you need to change the shipping address, please check the Tracking Number for the delivery company by going to your email and contact the delivery company yourself to change the shipping address.
